Hotel pickup is arranged at 08:30, followed by a private, air-conditioned transfer to Tiong Bahru Market.

Begins with a guided market tour, starting at 09:00. Focusing on the essential ingredients and produce commonly used in Singaporean cooking, especially those related to Chinese-Singaporean cuisine, the accompanying chef will help navigate the lively stalls, demonstrating how to select the freshest spices, produce and meat while sharing insights into local food culture.

At 10:30, transfer to the cooking studio to meet the professional chef guiding the hands-on cooking course. Next, choose between one main dish and two side dishes from a fixed weekly menu.
