Your adventure today will start at 08:00 or 12:00 (*). Meet your guide at the hotel lobby and leave to Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Get on board on a local bumboat for a 10 minutes ride to Pulau Ubin.

On arrival meet the cycling leader for an orientation session, he will provide you with a bike and helmet, as well as important safety information. Then embark on a leisurely ride taking you along both paved and unpaved routes, chosen by the cycling leader based on the day's conditions.

Along the way, make several stops for rest and photo opportunities. Immerse yourself in the island's natural environment and local village atmosphere, as there is much to enjoy.

As part of the eco-friendly discovery, cycle around the island and keep an eye out for native wildlife such as wild boars, monkeys, and water monitors. The knowledgeable cycling leader will guide you through rural sights such as fruit farms, mangroves, and beaches, where the only authentic "kampung" (village) in Singapore still exists. Interact with friendly locals along the way to learn about life on Ubin.

One possible route may take you to the western half of the island, where you can visit Pekan Quarry and the German Girl Shrine, and enjoy the views of the Western Straits of Johor. Alternatively, you could head east to explore the fruit plantations near Chek Jawa, and appreciate the unspoiled beaches and coastal forests that are home to native wildlife. Whichever route you take, the Ubin Bike Trail promises to leave you with a newfound appreciation for this small but lush slice of rural life, located so close to downtown Singapore's towering skyscrapers.
