Depart from Chefchaouen and travel through the scenic Rif and Saiss regions to the ancient Roman city of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander among the well-preserved ruins, where towering columns, intricate mosaics, and the grand Triumphal Arch reveal the legacy of Roman life in North Africa.

Continue to the nearby town of Moulay Idriss, a revered pilgrimage site and the final resting place of Morocco’s first Islamic ruler. Stroll through its whitewashed streets and learn about its historical significance as the birthplace of Morocco’s first dynasty.

For lunch, retreat to an elegant hilltop residence, where traditional Moroccan flavours are paired with breathtaking views of the sacred hills and olive-dotted valleys. Enjoy a serene dining experience, with each dish reflecting the region's rich culinary heritage.

Then continue to a renowned vineyard in the Meknes region, known for producing some of Morocco’s finest wines. Sample a selection of red, white, and rosé wines while enjoying views of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.

Conclude the day with a scenic drive to Fes, arriving in the early evening with memories of a day rich in history, culture, and flavour. (L)
