Step into a beautifully preserved 1928 heritage home and discover the heart and soul of Peranakan cooking. This immersive culinary experience brings to life over 500 years of tradition, blending Malay, Chinese and Indonesian influences in one of the world's first fusion cuisines.

In this hands-on, 3-hour class, prepare a full-course Peranakan dinner consisting of an appetiser, two main dishes and a dessert. Led by expert instructors, gain a deep understanding of traditional preparation methods, all while cooking with fresh, MSG-free ingredients.

While cooking, listen to the stories behind each dish, bringing the culture to life in a communal, home-style setting. At the end of the session, enjoy the culinary creations as a hearty, flavorful dinner. (D)
