Programme Details
Embark on a unique Seoul adventure, combining vibrant market visits with hands-on culinary experiences and an opportunity to hunt for hidden antique treasures.
Start your day at 10:00 AM at Guui Station, meeting a local chef who will introduce you to the world of Korean cuisine. Take a short walk to Jayang-dong, a traditional market filled with stalls selling fresh produce, spices and other food products. The chef will explain the items on offer and help select fresh ingredients for your lunch.
Continue to a nearby kitchen for a hands-on cooking class. Join the chef in preparing lunch, learning about the history and techniques of classic Korean cuisine as you cook together. Then sit down to enjoy your freshly prepared meal.
With a full stomach and a wealth of newly gained culinary knowledge, bid farewell to your Korean chef, and enjoy the rest of your afternoon at leisure.
