Begin with a private transfer from the hotel to a homey kitchen tucked away in a quiet Seoul neighbourhood.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by your Korean host and halmoni, a seasoned home cook who brings generations of culinary wisdom to the table.

The class lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Start by discovering the history and cultural roots of kalguksu, a comforting hand-cut noodle soup traditionally made in Korean homes.

With gentle guidance from halmoni, mix and knead the dough from scratch, then cut it into rustic noodles.

From chopping fresh toppings to simmering broth, every step is hands-on. Vegan or gluten-free? No problem, this experience can be customised to suit your dietary needs.

Once your steaming bowl of kalguksu is ready, gather around the table to enjoy the meal, just like family. There may even be a celebratory toast with soju, marking a shared moment of connection and culture.

Conclude the experience with a heartfelt farewell before the driver escorts you comfortably back to the hotel.
