Escape the city to trek Jangsan Mountain in eastern Busan alongside a local guide. Enjoy fresh mountain air and sweeping coastal scenery before visiting a local Haeundae brewery to taste authentic Korean rice wine (makgeolli) paired with a traditional lunch.

Programme Details

Begin by meeting the local guide ten minutes before 09:00 at Jangsan Station (Subway Line 2, Exit No. 10) to transfer to the trailhead at Jangsan Mountain.

Famous for its silver grass fields, this trail rewards hikers with panoramic views overlooking Haeundae Beach and the iconic Gwangan Bridge.

Begin the guided hike along forested mountain trails (approx. 3.5 hours). Ascend through scenic paths while taking in the fresh air and coastal views overlooking Busan.

At approximately 13:00, transfer from the mountain to a local brewery located in the Haeundae area.

Participate in a guided makgeolli tasting class and learn about the heritage and traditional crafting techniques of Korean rice wine. Enjoy a delicious Korean lunch paired with locally brewed makgeolli in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Conclude the tour at the brewery in Haeundae at approximately 14:00. Guests may continue exploring the Haeundae area or return to the subway station independently.

- This is a join-in tour.
- This product can only be sold as part of a full multi-day tour package.
- The tour is a small group experience accommodating up to 10 participants per guide (an additional guide will accompany if the group exceeds 10 pax).
- There are no age limitations for this tour. 
- Please bring a charged T-money card or small amount of cash for public transportation during the tour.
- This experience includes local dishes and an optional tasting of traditional Korean rice wine (makgeolli). Guests who choose to consume alcohol must be of legal drinking age (19 in South Korea). Soft drinks or water can be served as a        non-alcoholic alternative for guests who do not consume alcohol.
- This tour is closed every year during the last week of July and the first week of August.
- The itinerary is subject to flexible changes depending on local conditions such as weather and traffic on the day of the tour. The local guide may adjust the schedule, rearrange the order of visits or modify the timing based on their   judgment. 
- We encourage travellers to travel with their own refillable/reusable water container in order to minimise plastic bottle usage and water waste, as more and more refilling stations are now available in destinations
