The experience begins with transfers from designated hotels to Sidemen via a scenic road through Sibetan Village, with stops to observe traditional weaving and visit a salak plantation, including tasting of Bali’s famous “snakeskin” fruit when in season.

Then proceed for a two-hour trek through lush rice fields, descending towards Tenganan Village. Immerse yourself in the island's natural beauty as you traverse dense jungle paths, admire stunning rice terraces, and observe farmers engaged in their daily activities.

At Tenganan, uncover the secrets of this ancient East Balinese village that stands apart from the rest of the island. Explore its traditional houses and learn about the history of Balinese kingdoms while a local guide leads you through the streets of this former fortress, revealing the origins of its unique culture and layout. Famous for its distinctive village design and traditional dwellings, this hidden gem takes its name from the highly significant double ikat geringsing cloth crafted here.

Afterward, savor a delicious lunch in Candidasa before continuing to Goa Lawah to visit the sacred bat cave temple—one of Bali’s most revered temples, believed to be connected to Besakih Temple through an underground passage.

The journey then continues along the scenic coastal road, with a final stop at the coastal fishing village of Kusamba. Here, you can observe the colorful fishing boats lined up along the beach and learn about the traditional salt-making methods that are still practiced by the local community. After the visit, return to your hotel. (L)
