This day is dedicated to a journey of admiring the ancient story between turtle and swan carved in the wall, the beautiful mountainous scenery and experiencing the renowned hospitality of the local Tengger Tribe.

Begin with visiting the 13th-century Jago Buddhist temple. Walk clockwise around the structure of Jago Temple to discover the carved reliefs on its outer walls. These reliefs illustrate moral stories and fables by following their narrative sequence.

Next, see the 110-meter-tall Pelangi waterfall. With the perfect conditions, be able to witness a rainbow!

Seize the opportunity to have an authentic farm-to-table lunch served in the local style of the Tengger Tribe village. Savor the genuine traditional flavors!

Continue the drive a short distance before stopping again at a panoramic viewpoint on the caldera's southern slopes. From here, enjoy seeing Mount Semeru, Bromo, and Batok.

Descend into the caldera, passing through the savanna as the sun sets, until reaching the sea of sand. Pause to take in the view, experience the scene, and listen to the sounds of nature at dusk. After this moment of reflection, continue the journey to the hotel in the Bromo area. (L)
