Wake up early in the morning for an authentic Balinese experience. Getting to the traditional market on the eastern side of town, the area transforms into a bustling hub of activity as locals fill the stalls with a vibrant array of produce, exotic spices, and authentic Balinese dishes. It's a feast for the senses, a whirlwind of colors and aromas. Join in the lively bartering for some incredible food bargains or simply wander through the aisles, camera in hand, to truly immerse yourself in the local culture.

Afterward, trade the market's energy for the peaceful art of Balinese cooking. Walk through the rice terraces and pass the local farms along the way to get to the family farm for the cooking class to start. Hosted by a Balinese couple in Keliki Village, they will guide you through a truly immersive class, where the aroma of exotic spices fills the air and every dish you create becomes a meaningful connection to local culture.

This isn't a typical cooking school; it's an invitation into a family's home to learn age-old recipes passed down from grandparents, using ingredients grown right on their land. The family will not only guide the clients in preparing traditional Balinese specialties but will also share stories and cultural insights, connecting to the heart of their heritage through food.
