Get ready for an unforgettable sunrise experience at Sikendil Hill, a hidden gem in Dieng. Be picked up at 4 AM by your guide to witness the captivating golden hour at this breathtaking location.

A 45-minute climb from the base will lead you to the summit of Sikendil Peak (1,800 meters above sea level), where an awe-inspiring sunrise awaits. From this vantage, behold the stunning spectacle of the sun rising over the mountains of Merapi, Merbabu, Telomoyo, and Ungaran, painting the Dieng valleys in golden light against a clear mountain vista.

Enjoy the inviting aroma of freshly cooked food as local climbers prepare their meals. Be welcome to share their typical breakfast of hot coffee or tea, accompanied by fried banana snacks and savory local burgers.

Afterward, take a break at a local restaurant for refreshments while enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding tea plantations.

The tour continues with a one-hour visit to the Tambi Tea Plantation, situated at the foot of Mt. Sindoro. Since 1885, this sprawling 830-hectare plantation has been home to 1,100 workers, who expertly harvest approximately 7kg of tea leaves in just 20 minutes.

Observe the fascinating journey of tea from field to processing (factory closed Mondays), and finally conclude the day with a fragrant cup of freshly brewed tea on the plantation's scenic terrace. (B)
