Arrive at the beautiful flower garden of a small boutique spa in the surroundings of Ubud and meet the cheerful family behind this hidden gem owned and operated by a mother and her daughter. Upon a guided walk through the flower gardens surrounding the spa bungalows, learn from the experts about the different types and floral ingredients. See how flowers and herbs are heated for hours over a traditional oven in order to extract the aromas and witness the distillation of essential oils. Sit together on a long table and become introduced to the uses of different botanicals. Learn how to create spa products from organic ingredients growing in the lush forests if Ubud. Learn also what other ingredients may be used growing in other countries. The self-made spa products are applied during a relaxing facial enjoyed in one of the spa Bale nestled in the flower garden.

Continue to a raw food heaven in the green surroundings of Ubud. Go on a short tour through the tropical fruit and vegetable gardens before enjoying a delicious raw food lunch. (L)

  • All language guides other than English subject to availability during high season July-September, additional surcharge will be applied
  • During Nyepi Day, an important religious day in Bali, which falls on 8th March 2027 & 26 March 2028, visitors are not allowed to leave the premises of hotels from 06:00 until 06:00 on the following day (24 hours). The airport will not operate any flights and all public activities will cease but hotels will remain operating with limited staff
  • Note that certain experiences, such as blessings by a priest, the visit of an astrologer, etc. are linked with cultural and social obligations on the side of the providers that may change with very short notice, and thus are always subject to change. Cancellations from the supplier-side with short notice have occurred, and in such cases we would always try to re-schedule the activity or experience
