Begin the day with a guided drive to Klungkung to visit Kertagosa, the former Royal Court of Justice, known for its beautifully painted ceilings in the traditional wayang style depicting the battle between good and evil. Continue to Besakih Temple, Bali’s revered “Mother Temple,” set on the slopes of Mount Agung. Explore this vast and sacred temple complex while taking in the dramatic mountain scenery that surrounds it.

Stop for lunch and enjoy fresh Balinese cuisine accompanied by panoramic views of rice terraces with Mount Agung in the background.

In the afternoon, enjoy a gentle cycling tour through the peaceful countryside of Sidemen, passing rice paddies and plantations of salak, coffee, cloves, and cacao. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon after a day filled with culture, nature, and scenic rural landscapes. (L)

  • During Nyepi Day, an important religious day in Bali, which falls on 08 March 2027, visitors are not allowed to leave the premises of hotels from 06:00 until 06:00 on the following day (24 hours). The airport will not operate any flights and all public activities will cease but hotels will remain operating with limited staff
