At EXO, we believe that the people behind the scenes, those who go above and beyond to bring our vision of extraordinary travel to life, deserve to be celebrated in extraordinary ways. That is why each year, we honour our Best Team Member of the Year award winners with something truly special: a once-in-a-lifetime journey.
This year’s trip took those who consistently demonstrate our values and contribute to our success on a richly rewarding adventure through Malaysia. Over nine days, they explored cultural capitals, dined on the country’s most celebrated cuisines and soaked up its natural beauty, from the lively streets of Penang to the quiet elegance of Langkawi’s mangrove forests.
But the real purpose of this trip was not just to showcase a destination, it was an opportunity for them to meet each other, meet people who share the same passion and share their experience at EXO. They even participated in a dedicated session with C-Levels to share their ideas and insights on how we can improve our organization and scale it to the next level.
It was a thank you. Thank you to the individuals who bring heart, care and passion to their roles every single day. They care deeply about their work, they consistently strive for excellence and they help inspire joy in those around them, from colleagues to partners to travellers.
Looking Ahead: Japan 2026
With this year’s journey now wrapped, we are already looking ahead to the next. In 2025, our Best Team Members will be invited to Japan, a destination known for its refinement, culture and sense of occasion. We cannot wait to raise the bar even higher.
