EXO Create was built to support the realities of how travel advisors and tour operators work, from checking rates and comparing options to building quotations and managing bookings. As more partners integrate the platform into their workflow, feedback continues to show where it can be even more useful in practice.
In some cases, that means making everyday tasks faster. In others, it means giving partners more control, clearer visibility or easier access to the information they need throughout the booking lifecycle. Below, we share some of the features our team has introduced to EXO Create in response, all designed to support a faster, more flexible booking process.
Product Search: A faster way to check our rates and availability
While EXO Create is great for building complete, multi-service and multi-destination quotations, partners told us that sometimes they simply need a quick way to check a rate or availability, or a starting point before building out a fuller itinerary.
Product Search allows users to move straight into a search without needing to begin with a full quotation flow, making EXO Create more useful both as a booking tool and as a quick day-to-day reference.
Dynamic Rates: Even more options to add to your quotation
As well as EXO’s contracted rates, some partners needed access to a wider range of pricing options to help build the most suitable quotation for their clients.
To support that, dynamic rates were added to EXO Create through a broad network of additional channel manager and bed bank connections. These rates can be especially useful for last-minute requests, room-only pricing or promotional opportunities that sit outside standard contracted inventory.
Tariff and Availability Chart: Invaluable insights for our products
When EXO’s previous booking platform was retired, two of the most requested features partners wanted carried across were the Online Tariff and the Availability Chart.
Both are now available within EXO Create in a more streamlined and intuitive format. As well as supporting quotation building, these tools give partners a clearer way to research the product range, compare options and plan itineraries with greater confidence.
Post-booking changes for greater flexibility
A booking does not always end at the point of confirmation. Client plans can shift, promotions may become available or corrections may need to be made after the booking has already been placed.
The ability to make changes post-booking was therefore an essential development for many regular users. Added in early 2025, this feature gives partners more flexibility across the full lifecycle of a booking and better reflects the realities of day-to-day itinerary management.
Access all EXO bookings, including those not built in EXO Create
As part of our mission to make EXO Create a one-stop-shop for all of your needs when working with EXO, our users told us that they would find it very useful to be able to access all bookings they’ve made with us, even those not booked directly in EXO Create.
Hence the “Other EXO Bookings” feature was born, a new tab that allows you to retrieve any booking from our central database, whether it’s an XML booking or a booking made directly with our Travel Consultants.
Evolving in line with real partner use
These latest additions are part of the ongoing development of EXO Create, shaped not by expansion alone but by how partners are actually working with the platform. As needs continue to evolve, so too will EXO Create, with future refinements to look forward to guided by the same principle of making the booking process more practical, flexible and efficient.
