Hailing from England, Matt leads the Adventure specialists across asia. He fell in love with Southeast Asia in the early 90's. After nearly 15 years of working in the travel industry based in the UK, he was able to realise his dreams of living in Asia by moving to Bangkok in 2004. In addition to his love of trekking and outdoors, Matt brings tons of experience and know-how to EXO Adventure.
Marcel could ride a bicycle before he could walk. HIs passion for cycling and adventure led him to the tourism industry, where he has been in management roles for just over 6 years. HIs current job of being able to create unique and unforgettable adventures for clients is a dream career.
Zayar has been working in the travel industry since 2005, and joined EXO as an Adventure Expert in 2012. Prior to this he was an Assistant Operations Manager and Product Manager at a top DMC in Myanmar. Along with his keen interest in the outdoors and proven leadership, he became the Adventure Manager for EXO Myanmar.
Andreas' love for the great outdoors drives him to venture and explore the majestic mountains and undiscovered jungles of Malaysia. With exceptional experience as an adventure guide, in particular his knowledge of the Bornean jungle, he makes a perfect fit as Malaysia's Adventure Specialist.
David's path to becoming the Adventure Manager of Cambodia was unconventionally adventurous. Starting out with a degree in chemistry, he worked in the biotech industry for 15 years before eventually finding his way to Cambodia. There he found his passion and calling. Channeling a passion for adventure that began early in life, he rose to his current role.
Born in the high mountains of Klungkung in Bali, Eka began working in the travel industry in 2008. Having grown up in such a wild place, adventure is second nature to her -particularly mountaineering. She joined EXO Adventure in 2015.
Hoai first began working in the travel industry nearly a decade ago. In that time he's worked with a number of the largest regional and global DMCs. After 6 years working in a management role in Cambodia, he joined our Adventure team in his home country, Vietnam.
Travel and Asia have been key throughout Pepijn's career. He turned his passion for travel into his living when he became a tour leader in the Americas and Asia and worked for a Dutch tour operator for over a decade. Since his first solo trip to Asia in 1992, Japan has been like his second home. As Adventure Manager for EXO Japan, he shares his love, passion, and expertise for adventure travel in the country.
