InfoSys plays a vital role at EXO Travel, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our core systems and driving technological innovation. Our key responsibilities revolve around maintaining and optimizing critical platforms, many of which are directly connected to Tourplan (TP), the central system for our operations.

Position Overview

Infosys is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic InfoSys team. This position provides a valuable opportunity to contribute in a nice international corporate environment, working with various software, online platforms, tools, and IT systems that support our company's operations.

The candidate will collaborate with managers and team members with daily tasks and contribute to specific projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support
        - Assisting with Project Planning: Support the Senior Project Manager or Project Lead in developing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Research & Product Testing

         -Stay at the forefront of the Google Workspace roadmap (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet). 
         - Investigate and beta-test new Google AI features, including Gemini, Gems (custom AI experts), and NotebookLM
         - Evaluate how these tools can solve specific departmental pain points.

  • Automation & Workflow Optimization
         - With the help of managers & coworkers, identify repetitive manual tasks and propose solutions using Apps Script or Google Studio.

         -  Promote the "Automation" mindset by showing teams how to link Google apps together seamlessly.

  • Training
        -  Organize and lead interactive workshops and live demos for various teams.
        -   Help employees optimize their use of Google tools.
        -   Present high-impact use cases to demonstrate ROI on digital tools
  • Content Creation & Documentation
        -    Produce short instructional videos and screen-recordings showcasing new features.
       -     Develop clear, engaging training materials and "How-to" guides.
       -     Maintain an internal knowledge base for all Google ecosystem tools.



    Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in project coordination or digital operations
  • Graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is essential
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM, or Google Apps Script is preferred.

Skills

  • Familiarity with common software applications and online platforms
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (French is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into simple, actionable workflows for non-technical teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading workshops and creating training content
  • Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team.
  • Location and Compensation

    This position is available immediately, the position is based in our Bangkok office and operates on a hybrid work model.
    Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's profile and experience.
