About this role

Position Overview

The Product Administration Executive supports the Product Department in the day-to-day administration of product management activities. The role focuses on organizing product information, maintaining accurate databases, coordinating supplier data, and ensuring travel programs, tariffs, and product materials are consistently updated and well structured.

This position is key to ensuring EXO Travel’s products are well documented, correctly costed, and easily accessible for Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.


Product Administration & Support

  • Support the Product Department in the creation and maintenance of travel programs, itineraries, and tours.

  • Collect, organize, and control supplier information, ensuring product data is complete, accurate, and stored correctly in company systems.

  • Support the development and improvement of travel products through research and ongoing follow-up with suppliers.

  • Prepare and maintain Canva product presentations of preferred hotels, restaurants, and services in Morocco.

  • Support the preparation and update of the annual country tariffs for distribution to overseas partners.

  • Support inspection trips within the destination and prepare structured reports, including product notes and training material.

Database & System Management

  • Ensure all products, tariffs, and rates are accurately uploaded and maintained in the company software system.

  • Conduct regular data checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of product information.

Internal Communication & Training Support

  • Support the Product Department in presenting new products to Travel Consultants, Sales and Operations teams.

  • Act as a product reference point for internal teams, ensuring easy access to accurate information.

  • Assist with internal product training sessions for inbound teams.

  • Coordinate and support FAM trips for overseas agents, including preparation of materials and on-site assistance when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in tourism product administration, sales support, or a similar role.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong administrative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Comprehensive travel industry knowledge.

  • High level of organization and accuracy.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data control.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive team player with a collaborative approach.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva).
