Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient ground operations. This includes managing transportation logistics, coordinating fleet and service providers, and supporting guides to deliver smooth, high-quality travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Booking & Service Coordination
Assign guides, vehicles, and suppliers for each booking
Make reservations and manage data in the Tour Plan system
Double-check booking details for accuracy and submit them for approval
✅ On-the-Ground Operations & Communication
Brief guides thoroughly before each tour and provide ongoing support
Provide operational support through effective communication with Tour Consultants (in charge of product sales) and suppliers
Offer feedback and coaching to improve service quality and build strong relationships
Accompany and support on-site when necessary
✅ Quality Control & Issue Resolution
Monitor service quality using Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Identify and resolve any operational issues proactively
Keep accurate records of service issues and improvement actions
✅ Training & Supplier Development
Support guide recruitment and training initiatives
Participate in annual training sessions for guides and internal staff
Conduct supplier inspections with the Product Team to ensure service standards
Qualifications
Prior experience in the travel industry, ideally in operations
Fluent in Korean and proficient in written and spoken English
Highly detail-oriented and service-minded, with strong business acumen
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
