POSITION OVERVIEW

As an HR Manager at EXO Travel Indonesia (+80 people), you will lead our HR department and facilitate the implementation of effective HR strategies that align with our vision. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a remote work environment and is passionate about enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities : 

Recruitment and Engagement: 

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent that shares our values and vision.
  • Enhance employee relations and foster a culture where all staff feel valued and appreciated. 
  • Ensure the Onboarding processes are set up and work with management teams to streamline and improve processes. 

Training and Development: 

  • Manage onboarding processes and collaborate with management to develop comprehensive training programs, with the objective to develop further training development plans (hard and soft skills) and promote the adoption of our Learning Management System. 
  • Facilitate career development and ensure all staff have the opportunities to grow professionally. 

HR Management: 

  • Administer HR functions including payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR systems management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support the strategic growth and operational needs of the business.
  • Being accountable for ensuring that we are fully compliant with local labor laws and regulations as well as with B-Corp requirements. 
  • Ensure the office is managed in an eco-friendly way, reduction of waste / plastics, energy consumption etc and that relevant data are recorded. 

Strategic initiatives: 

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure the roll out of our Performance Management Plan, using OKRs and our dedicated tool 15Five.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development that support our business goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare HR monthly reports and share with the General Manager and set up plans to improve HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, payroll, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding/ knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Willing to travel on business when required.
