POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Training & Recruitment is responsible for Implement timely recruitment activities and meet the demand for qualified personnel to supplement human resources for the organization, commit to recruiting the right people, to the right jobs according to the issued recruitment process.

For training, you are responsible for designing and planning training courses according to the human resource development needs of the departments and according to the planned human resource development strategy in accordance with the Group strategy.

Location: 16-18 Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

Implement and be in charge of recruitment in accordance with the recruitment process as well as the Company's policy

Collect and build a database system of recruitment sources and a talent pool to propose suitable hiring strategies and ensure a diverse source of candidates for timely recruitment needs.

Guiding and implementing procedures throughout the recruitment process

Identify recruitment sources and prepare recruitment procedures such as: internal recruitment posting, content for job posting on recruitment channels

Search, receive and select candidate profiles

Set up candidate information management database

Contact the unsuccessful candidate's profile, send a thank-you letter / Announce recruitment results to candidates

Prepare schedule and tools for the professional interview process.

Prepare job invitation letters and procedures to receive successful candidates, including checking the candidate's identity and exchange for relevant documents.

Report on results and complete procedures for job candidates.

Prepare a probation contract for candidates to sign.

Coordinate with related departments to prepare necessary and suitable workplace, equipment and machinery for new employees.

Announce new personnel to all company employees.

Orientation training, disseminating rules, policies, company culture, job descriptions for new employees.

Guide and support new employees who are received at the department.

Monitor the probationary process, provide information and remind the professional department to make a Post-Probation Evaluation Sheet within 02 (two) weeks before the end of the probationary period

Training

Collect and build a database for training programs and propose an annual training plan according to the company's orientation.

Design, organize training activities when the company needs

Carry out the procedures and documents related to the organization of training activities: signing training contracts, requesting payment, liquidating contracts, training request forms, submitting training programs, etc

Responsible for monitoring ongoing training programs: Informing trainees, guiding procedures (service commitments, photos for certification), and keeping track of lessons and attendance.

Prepare learning tools and logistics for class sessions: sound, microphone, stationery, water, and classroom preparation.

Receive training results from the center, distribute them to students, and report back to the Board of Directors and Head of Department.

Evaluate training programs and maintain timely communication with the training center to ensure programs are suitable for the company's purposes; promptly report any arising problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Is preferred.

Minimum one year of relevant working experience.

Proactive, organized, resourceful and detail-oriented.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Skills:

Good communication skills, open and polite.

Understanding human psychology.

Good interviewing skills.

Good analytical skills.

Proficient in office computer skills.

Able to work independently as well as in groups.

Interest and/or experience in the travel industry

Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
