[Hanoi] Intern of Guide Team
About this role
Overview
This position is open to candidates in Hanoi City.
In this role, the Intern will support the Tour Guide Department by reviewing, verifying, and updating information in our Local Guide Database to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Location: Vinafor Building, 127 Lo Duc Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi
How you’ll make an impact
● Assist in reviewing and verifying existing tour guide profiles to make sure all information is accurate and up to date.
● Help update important details such as license status, destinations the guide can cover, and languages they can speak.
● Organize and upload any missing documents, such as profile photos or certifications, to complete each guide's file.
● Support in collecting information from new guides and entering their profiles into the system accurately.
What we’re looking for
- 3rd or 4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
- Good attitude, and able to work as part of a team
- Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
