This person works closely with the Tourplan users to ensure all system settings and database are all correct, well maintained and backed up at all times.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Tourplan Manager and General Manager and data entry staffs.
Coordinate with reservations, operations and accounting department to ensure all settings are correct and information flows are working correctly.
Supervise database maintenance with contracts from hotels, cars, restaurants and other suppliers in destination.
Ensure that all system settings are set correctly through all parts of Tourplan including database, fastbook and accounting modules.
Maintain data & Tourplan System to ensure all bugs or system problems are repaired quickly and effectively.
Ensure system is stable and backed up at all times
Control all new services are entered into the system in a timely and correct manner.
Provide the Tourplan training to related staffs and assist them whenever requested.
Meet deadlines and be able to make decisions and to prioritised tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Strong computing skills. Previous experience in using TOURPLAN software or similar is an advantage.
Experience in software system management background would be an advantage.
General knowledge about Travel Business and tourism in destination.
Excellent spoken and written English
