This position is open to candidates in Danang or HCM City.
In this position, you will have an overview about the inbound industry which focuses on the Inbound market, what Inbound travellers expect from us and how we can provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam.

No. 268, 30/4 Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang OR 16-18 Hai Bà Trưng, Sài Gòn Ward, HCM

Responsibilities

• Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries
• Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
• Support Team in update data into Tourplan software
• Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide

Qualifications

• Third-year students or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
• Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other languages are a plus
• Good attitude, well-organised, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism.
