Designed by award-winning architect and interior designer Bill Bensley, InterContinental Khao Yai National Park takes historical inspiration from the area’s gateway for rail transportation to North-East Thailand during King Rama V’s reign. Set on a 100-acre site blessed with 50,000 trees and views over seven lakes, the hotel is opening in 2022 with 45 luxury rooms and suites, with another 19 repurposed heritage train car suites added in a second phase.
CAMBODIA
Phnom Phen is getting a boost with the 5-star Hyatt Regency opening up walking distance from the Royal Palace, as well as a few other great options for discerning travellers to Cambodia.

SINGAPORE
A new experience based luxury property is opening up in Singapore, themed after old chinese clans, and 2 hotels we use quite frequently are being rebranded.
THE CLAN HOTEL
The Clan is a modern, upscale hotel rooted in the history and promise of Singapore. With the clan associations that dot the local neighbourhood, where Singapore’s forefathers helped Chinese settlers make Singapore their own. Riverside Hotel Robertson Quay (by Ascott) - Rebranding
Riverside Hotel Robertson Quay is strategically located in the vibrant Clarke Quay precinct along the Singapore River and sits on a prime site within the CBD with convenient access to entertainment and shopping areas such as Robertson Quay, Orchard Road, Marina Bay and Chinatown. The hotel has excellent transport connectivity, within walking distance to the Clarke Quay MRT Station and the Fort Canning MRT Station.
Hilton Singapore Orchard - Rebranding
The largest Hilton hotel in the Asia Pacific, set in the heart of the Orchard Road shopping and entertainment district. Restaurants and medical centers are nearby. Subway stations are in walking distance, with connections to Marina Bay, and Changi Airport is 25 minutes away. Offers five fresh dining options, more than 1,000 rooms, and 2,400 square meters of event space.
VIETNAM
Hanoi is getting a great new option, with the Capella opening up walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. Further south, some more luxurious beach properties are coming online with Hoiana and Zannier Bai San Ho opening. Phu Quoc continues to add properties to the island as well.
