ITINERARY

Adventure in the Andaman - 6 Days / 5 Nights

DAY 1 - Yangon – Kawthaung

Exo TravelKawthaung Airport – Kaw Thaung City Centre (2.8 km): 10 mins

Begin the morning with a transfer to Yangon airport for the domestic flight to Kawthaung.

The remainder of the day is free at leisure to relax and enjoy the tranquil rhythms of this sleepy fishing town. There are several small temples and a local market to explore in the town centre or just find a teashop and watch the goings-on at the waterfront.

Overnight in Kawthaung.

DAY 2 - Kawthaung – Taung La Bo Island - 115 Island MealsMEALS [B|L|D]

This morning the tour starts at 08:30 after breakfast. Transport will be provided to the jetty to start the four night cruise.

Depart to Taung La Bo Islands for 3 hours and enjoy some snorkeling and swimming near the island. Take a rest while the crew and the cook prepare for lunch. Enjoy lunch onboard and continue to 115 Island. Arrived at 115 Island and enjoy time free at leisure to explore the beauties of the virgin island. Available activities are sea kayaking around the island, snorkeling, fishing, jungle trekking, swimming and sunbathing on the beach.

Enjoy the dinner and overnight onboard nearby 115 Island.

DAY 3 - 115 Island – 254 Island – 256 Island MealsMEALS [B|L|D]

Enjoy breakfast prepared by the Chef of Mergui Princess. After breakfast, the journey continues to 254 Island at 09:00. Though small, its white sand and semi-circle shaped beach is one of the most popular among tourists. It is also famous for its beautiful coral reef areas (great for snorkeling.)

Enjoy your dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 4 - 256 Island – Nga Man Island – Kyun Phila MealsMEALS [B|L|D]

Today the sightseeing begins at 09:00 after breakfast onboard and some time to swim.

Depart to Nga Mann Kyon which has both beautiful hard and soft corals as well as Nurse Sharks. A cave is located beneath the underwater where many kinds of fish can be seen. After lunch on board, continue to Kyun Phila (Great Swinton) which is one of the most popular and beautiful islands in Mergui Archipelago with its beautiful corals for snorkeling. Enjoy swimming, fishing and sunbathing on the beach.

DAY 5 - Kyun Phila Island – Bo Yae Island – Myauk Ni Island – Thay Yae IslandMealsMEALS [B|L|D]

This morning the tour starts at 09:00 after breakfast.

Depart to Bo Yae Island for some excellent snorkeling. Depart to Myauk Ni Island and enjoy the activities available such as swimming, sunbathing on the beach, snorkeling on the corals, sea kayaking and fishing along the beautiful beach.

Depart to Thay Yae Island.

This afternoon, enjoy kayaking around Mangrove Forests, sunbathing and camping.

Overnight on board.

DAY 6 - Thay Yae Island – Kawthaung MealsMEALS [B|L]

After breakfast, head back to Kawthaung at 09:00. Celebrate the completed adventure along the way with complimentary beer or soft drinks before arriving back to Kawthaung.

In Kawthaung, transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon or transfer to the jetty to cross the Pak Chan River to Ranong (Thailand) for the onward flight or drive to Phuket.  (Included transfers are to airport or border; additional surcharge for all others)

  • International ticket to/from Yangon
  • Domestic flights Yangon-Kawthaung-Yangon (please refer to supplement table below)
  • Meals others than mentioned in the program (B=Breakfast, L= Lunch, D= Dinner)
  • Boat Fare to cross Pakchan River to/from Kawthaung or Ranong
  • Diving Equipment 25 USD per day per diver (Mask, Regulator, BCD, Wet sult, Fins, Weight Belt)
  • Visa Arrangement for Myanmar (30 USD per person)
  • Entrance Fee 170 USD per person for 6D5N
  • Drinks and personal expenses
  • Tip and Porter charges at hotel and jetty
