Welcome to paradise! After arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, be greeted by a local guide and transfer to the center of the island, Ubud.

Overnight at the hotel in Ubud.

DAY 2 - Monkey Forest - Ubud Centre - Blanco Museum - Yoga - Balinese Dance - Ubud MealsMEALS [B|L|D]

The morning starts early with a one-hour private yoga session at the resort.

After breakfast, spend the morning discovering some of the many charms of Ubud. Start with a visit to Monkey Forest for a look at its cheeky inhabitants (be careful not to ‘lose’ any belongings!). Then continue to Ubud’s Royal Palace in the heart town. Built in the 16th century, the palace is still home to Ubud’s king and royal family. It can be viewed from the outside only. Just across the street is the famous Ubud Market, which provides a great opportunity to go souvenir shopping or to check out some of the exotic local produce.

Continue to Sari Organik Restaurant where a healthy lunch will be served amidst lush surroundings.

From the restaurant, take a 25-minute walk through the organic gardens of this beautiful restaurant and the local neighborhoods. The path passes through rice fields and leads to the Blanco Renaissance Museum. Antonio Blanco is arguably the most famous artist to have ever lived in Bali, and his former home has been converted into a museum with an extensive collection of his works and his studio. This museum is considered a testament to his love for Bali.

Then return to the hotel to freshen up before departing for dinner and afterwards enjoy a memorable Balinese dance performance.

Overnight at the hotel in Ubud.

DAY 3 - Ubud - Jatiluwih Cycling - Ulun Danu - Taman Ayun - UbudMealsMEALS [B|L]

Exo TravelUbud – Mengwi (17 km): 40 minutes Mengwi – Batukaru (25 km): 50 minutes Jatiluwih – Bedugul (16 km): 30 minutes Bedugul – Ubud (34 km): 1 hour 10 minutes

This morning, at 08:00, depart with the guide and driver for a full-day excursion around Bali.

The first stop will be at the Royal Temple of Mengwi, which was built in 1634 to serve as the family temple of the Mengwi Dynasty. The temple is a truly stunning piece of historic architecture, surrounded by a moat with multi-roofed meru shrines and intricately carved wooden gates.

Continue with a visit to Batukaru Temple, which is also the starting point of today’s cycle ride. Embark on a two-hour leisurely bike ride through local villages and lush scenery, passing through Jatiluwih Village, which is well-known for its terraced rice fields and bamboo forest.

After cycling, lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Jatiluwih.

Proceed to Bedugul, an area of the central highlands that is famous for its stunning beauty and three lakes. Guests visit Bedugul’s traditional market where a myriad of fruits, vegetables and orchids are for sale from the area’s gardens. There are also stalls selling exotic spices and souvenirs.

Then ascend north, further into the hills to reach Lake Bratan. Set on an island in the peaceful waters of the Lake Bratan, Ulun Danu Temple is one of Bali’s most iconic and photogenic sites.

Return to Ubud late in the afternoon.

Overnight in Ubud.

DAY 4 - Ubud MealsMEALS [B|L]

Exo TravelUbud – Mas Village (5 km): 10 minutes

Breakfast is served at the hotel.

Today, get picked up by the guide and driver and head to Mas. This small village is located 10-15km from Ubud and is known for its traditional wood carvings. Here, have a chance to take part in activities that are ‘uniquely Bali’.

An astrologer will offer blessings and predict one’s destiny using ancient methods which will be translated by the local guide.

Then head to Kayun Restaurant for lunch before returning to Ubud and relaxing in a local spa.

The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Optional Activity: Awakening Inner Power at Five Elements (3.5 hours)

Through dynamic movement, authentic expression and reflection, this program offers a creative journey for cultivating greater peace, inner strength and a deeper connection with others. Awaken to new found trust, freedom and joy.

Overnight in Ubud.

DAY 5 - Ubud - Sanur MealsMEALS [B|L]

Exo TravelUbud – Sanur (23 km): 50 minutes

After breakfast at the hotel, depart on a join-in transfer for today’s activity at Ayung River.

Upon arrival at the starting point, the rafting guides provide a helmet, lifejacket, and paddle; and then provide a safety briefing and also explain and demonstrate paddling techniques. A ‘dry bag’ will be provided to protect valuables and keep clothes dry.

Then it’s time to start paddling! (max. 4 passengers + 1 guide per raft). Cover 10 kilometers on the Ayung River over approximately 90 minutes. The trip is divided into two parts, with a rest stop on the riverbanks at the halfway point.

After reaching the ending point of the rafting journey, receive a cup of tea. There are showers, towels and toilet facilities available. Then, be treated to a late buffet of Indonesian food for lunch.

Note: This rafting is a soft-rafting (level 2-3) and is possible for children from 7 years and older. We recommend wearing shorts and swimming gear, hats and sunscreen. Bring a change of clothes for after the rafting journey

After lunch continue to the hotel in Sanur and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Check in at hotel in Sanur and overnight in Sanur.

DAY 6 - Sanur - Stand Up Paddle Lesson - Uluwatu - Jimbaran - Sanur MealsMEALS [B|L|D]

Exo TravelSanur – Uluwatu (32 km): 1 hour Uluwatu – Jimbaran (15 km): 30 minutes Jimbaran – Sanur (18 km): 40 minutes

Breakfast is served at the hotel.

Be picked up for a shared transfer to today’s activity: Stand-up paddle boarding, or “SUP” for short, is a trendy new sport that has recently arrived in Bali from Hawaii. The sport is suitable for everybody and can be practiced without waves and on shallow water. No surfing experience is required. The sport is also a good alternative to other health-promoting activities such as jogging, hiking and climbing, as it involves both strength and endurance. Because it is practiced on the water, it has a relaxing and almost meditative quality.

Following the stand-up paddle boarding lesson, head to a local restaurant for a healthy lunch.

Return to the hotel before the afternoon excursion for a chance to freshen up and take a short break.

In the afternoon, have the chance to visit one of Bali’s most impressive temples, Uluwatu, which is majestically perched on the edge of a steep cliff. As the sun sets, be treated to a dramatic kecak dance performance, which involves male performers chanting rhythmically and percussively while throwing their arms in the air.

Then return to Jimbaran for a barbecue seafood dinner under the stars on one of Bali’s more expansive beaches. There, a famous seafood warung will serve an enticing platter including prawns, grilled fish, squid, clams and shellfish, accompanied by rice, vegetables (Indonesian spinach) and sambal (spicy Indonesian sauce).

Overnight in Sanur.

DAY 7 - Sanur - Departure MealsMEALS [B]

Exo TravelUbud - Ngurah Rai International Airport of Bali (40 km): 1 hour 15 minutes
