ITINERARY

Panorama of Hong Kong - 4 Days / 3 Nights

DAY 1 - Hong Kong

Is it possible to see all the best sights of Hong Kong in four days? This comprehensive itinerary makes it happen, with a few extra stops along the way. After touching down at the Hong Kong International Airport, jump on a helicopter for a true VIP transfer to the hotel. Take in views of the city while on the way to the hotel.

Catch a sight of Victoria Harbour and the spectacular skyscrapers of Central, then admire the beautiful bays and beaches of South Hong Kong Island. It’s the best of both worlds as the islands, bays, beaches and green mountains contrast the high-rise urban splendour of the island.

After a 30-minute helicopter ride, arrive at the roof of the hotel.

Optional: Have dinner at the 29th floor Aqua Restaurant which offers delicious food and exceptional views of Hong Kong.

Note:

- The order of the day is contingent on arrival time.

DAY 2 - Hong KongMealsMEALS [B]

See why dim sum is a national obsession in Hong Kong. It’s hard to ignore this ubiquitous snack as it is sold in almost every street corner. Dim sum has deep roots in the culinary traditions of the island and today is an opportunity to get a better understanding of it.

Begin with a drive to a dim sum cooking school where a local expert chef will share his secrets for making these magnificent treats. Spend two hours in the kitchen learning how to cook three types of dim sum: shrimp dumplings, shumai and steamed chicken buns. The chef will share traditional recipes that have been perfected over the years. Under his watchful eye, prepare and steam the dim sum treats. There will be plenty of chances to ask questions about various types of dim sum and the best Hong Kong shops for sampling more exotic versions.

After cooking, sit down and enjoy the freshly prepared snacks. The chef will share a copy of his recipes as a reminder of this unique culinary experience.

Follow this up with a private art tour of galleries and artist studios. During the tour, the guide will share knowledge on contemporary art, providing in-depth explanations of the exhibitions as well as descriptions of the artists and their historical importance.
