Mind Body & Soul - Full Day
At 6:30, when the world is asleep and the mind not clouded with the day’s affairs, a Welcome the Day meditation session will give deepest of rest. Next, slowly waken the body and limber the limbs by Morning Mantras – a series of stretching exercises.
A healthy breakfast at 8:30 followed by leisure or reflection time.
Be back to practices with a 30 minute Intention Session.
Enjoy lunch at the restaurant, and then enjoy a few hour rests on your own. Relax by the swimming pool, soaking up the uninterrupted mountain views or pamper yourself with a custom-designed spa treatment at the hotel’s award winning spa.
At 16:00, continue with a yoga and meditation session – a series of melody of exercise and movement with elements of focus and co-ordination. (If the weather is hot, this session can be offered by the small private pool.)
Enjoy dinner anytime between your last break from 17:30 to 19:00.
Final Meditation before return to your hotel.
A facilitated meditation guide and audio will be provided after the program, which allow you to continue meditation practices whenever you wish to.(B)(L)(D)
- About the instructor, Michelle has studied and practiced Meditation, Yoga and Reiki with many world-renowned practitioners, including 4 years with The Mother, (a renowned international Meditation and Healing guru from India) across multiple disciplines and cultures. This has given Michelle great depth in her techniques and skills in assessing and assisting individuals and groups to get the most from their time with her. She is currently studying Lao Buddhist practices. She qualified for her level 2-instructor certificate in Australia in 2012 at the Australian School for Yoga and Meditation.
