4 cups of beef stock (any other meat can be substituted)<\/p>\n

180 grams of beef (any other meat can be substituted)<\/p>\n

130 grams of rice vermicelli<\/p>\n

1 inch piece of ginger, finely sliced<\/p>\n

1 garlic clove, crushed<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon of chili paste<\/p>\n

1 table spoon of sugar<\/p>\n

3 green onions, sliced<\/p>\n

100 grams of bean sprouts<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon of fish sauce<\/p>\n
