destinations are on the Gulf of Thailand.\u00a0 Listed are some of the most sought after places.<\/p>\n<p>Thailand:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hua Hin \u2013 A popular weekend getaway for Bangkok residents.\u00a0 The town is quickly developing with much of the town\u2019s charm is still intact.\u00a0 Hua Hin is also a great family destination, with numerous outdoor activities on hand for children and parents to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sam Roi Yot National Park \u2013 A marine national park with numerous mountains, limestone cliffs and beaches.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Koh Samed \u2013 Another favorite weekend getaway for Bangkok residents.\u00a0 It is a quieter island alternative, when compared Koh Samui and Koh Pang Ngan in the south.\u00a0 Snorkeling and diving the island\u2019s clear waters are options here.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Koh Chang \u2013 A part of Ko Chang Marine Park archipelago, the island is relatively quiet and is home to lush jungles, beautiful waterfalls, clear waters and an abundance of marine life.\u00a0 The island is also home to several beaches, each with its own unique charm and characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ko Tao \u2013 The quieter of the three southern islands.\u00a0 A great base for diving in the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Koh Phang Ngan \u2013 Another good diving spot.\u00a0 The island is also home to waterfalls, cliffs and dense jungles<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Koh Samui \u2013 The busiest of the three southern islands, Koh Samui is home to dense jungles, waterfalls and cliffs.\u00a0 There are numerous beaches here, and the waters are ideal for swimming and diving.<\/p>\n<p>Cambodia:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sihanoukville \u2013 Cambodia\u2019s main beach destination.\u00a0 The town is slowly being recognized as one of the region\u2019s top seaside resort, with excellent spots for swimming, snorkeling, Tonsay \u2013 Also known as Rabbit Island and located just five kilometers away from Kep.\u00a0 The island is home to white sandy beaches, shallow waters and corals.<\/p>\n<p>Vietnam:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ha Tien \u2013 A Vietnamese border town and gateway to the country for travelers coming from Cambodia.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Phu Quoc \u2013 Vietnam\u2019s largest island, home to dense forests, lush mountains, clear waters and some of the country\u2019s best beaches.\u00a0 The island is renowned for its fish sauce and pepper cultivation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mekong Delta \u2013 The eastern end of Southern Vietnam borders the gulf.\u00a0 Here the Mekong River and its distributaries empties out into the
