One of the best ways to do so is by way of another of Vietnam\u2019s icons \u2013 a vintage Vespa scooter.<\/p>\n<p>After saddling up after breakfast in Hoi An, proceed by bike and ferry to Cam Kim Island to snack on local delicacies and cruise leisurely through sleepy villages. The journey continues in the same relaxed vein through the stunning countryside, with pit stops for Vietnamese coffee and opportunities to observe methods of mat weaving and farming.
