But that’s not all. The website is useful. By accessing the Agent Hub portal of our website, agents can go straight into the heart of our website to access bookings, a comprehensive list of tours and other useful functions that are specifically designed to make working with us a breeze.


EXO Connect is our proprietary online booking platform, allowing agents to not only access tours and up-to-date tariffs, but to book them at the click of a button 24 hours a day.

Now available in all of our destinations, agents can book everything from full, half-day and evening tours to accommodation, transfers, seat-in-coach tours and cruises while also having full access to our promotions and special offers – wherever they are, whenever they want. XML connectivity allows partners to link their booking systems directly to ours so that bookings are transferred directly without any further input.

Although we’ve been offering XML connectivity to partners for years, we’re constantly honing the system to make it faster, more efficient and better-suited to streamlining the process of agents booking with us.

What’s more is that there are no additional fees related to connecting to our XML. The team based in our Bangkok headquarters will be more than happy to provide all the assistance necessary to see to it that the integration process is as smooth as possible.


As a locally-based DMC, we literally live and breathe travel in Asia. We love being able to share the wealth of information we have about our destinations with the agents we work with. To this end, each year we invite agents to attend webinars hosted by our Product Managers in each destination.

They are the lifeblood of our product innovation and local knowledge, and if anyone can answer burning questions about on-the-ground details to sell tours, it is them.
