Location: Thailand
Create and lead a centralized contracting department with EXO Group Office, ensuring we have access to the best static and dynamic rates across all 10 EXO destinations. Managing a team, you will ensure rates are in our databases in a timely manner, that data/content is accurate in Tourplan, rates are competitive in Online tariffs and other Online Systems. You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring better buying, leads to improved profitability and better conversions across the company.

Responsibilities
- Centralize management of contracting for hotels and have one team responsible for data input for all rates and tariffs across EXO Group
- Help hire and build a Centralized Contracting Team
- Lead and drive contract negotiations across the Group
- Run Group-level negotiations and regional hotel relationships
- Responsible for data entry into all systems
- Running regular rate checks and analyses to ensure EXO is competitive in all destinations
- Manage dynamic feeds, BARs, and other online systems.
- Manage all stop sales/allotment/free sale and availability feeds
- Establish contracting protocols and best practices across all 10 EXO destinations
- Set rate targets and guide local teams for local contracting
- Ensure tenders are run on a regular basis and we are maximizing the potential from our supply network
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in an international company, preferably in the travel business
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Full understanding of rate connectivity pipelines, hotel contracting, static rates, yield management, benchmarking, rate analysis
- Previous experience working for an OTA or rate oriented DMC is preferable
Skills
- Great attitude, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work unsupervised to meet high standards and achieve results
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills
