The Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for increasing website traffic as well as helping the company grow its online presence and reputation.
Following the company strategy, the Digital Marketing Supervisor will take ownership of several key areas and ensure our client’s journey with us is excellent and effective: content creation, distribution on all channels, increase of Conversion Rate and ROI optimization.
He/she will also be supporting offline marketing activities such as Press Releases or some other tasks.
role and responsibilities
Create excellent branded blogs, destination pages and tours
Create appealing videos to present the company services, as well as its destinations, his staff and clients.
Participate actively in planning and scheduling all content distribution
Website management & Onpage SEO
Be the #1 person responsible for all content published on our website
Increase our website overall SEO quality and search engine positions with ruby-on-rail onpage SEO.
Increase Organic Conversion Rate significantly.
Coordinate outsource for link building and make sure they deliver according to plan.
Create and send generic and promotion newsletter based on plan given by Manager
Always contribute in improving our EDMs in order to get a better ROI and CR.
Social Media Marketing
Supervise Facebook/Instagram Ads and make sure the CPA is lowest as possible, on track with our ROI objectives.
Be the expert and highly knowledgeable voice on social media and engage our former clients with our brand, aiming the have them being loyal and returning to Asia with us (Facebook Group especially).
Be proactive in sharing our travel expertise in highly followed FB Groups, Linkedin Groups, etc
Sustain a high level of Instagram publications (timeline, stories, highlights)
Help on collecting client reviews on our review platform
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in using Social Media (web and app) on a daily basis.
Experience in using MailChimp.
Proficient on Google Suite and Office Suite.
Good organizational skills.
Knowledge of WP CMS (advantage).
Knowledge of onpage SEO rules and tactics (required).
Experience in using social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite preferred).
Experience on using online video editing (wave.video) would be an advantage.
