Vintage Ride around the Golden Triangle Mountain (7 Days / 6 Nights)

Thailand has many magical areas, but few are more charming than the mountains of the north. With Chiang Mai, the country’s second city, providing a convenient start and end point for the ride, guests will immerse themselves in the natural splendour the area offers to cyclists. After leaving Chiang Mai, the route passes through Doi Inthanon National Park, home to Thailand’s mightiest peak, before progressing to Mae Hong Son, an idyllic city near the border with Myanmar. From here, the scenery barely lets up. Highlights include the stretch towards Pai with its 762 bends and views of sparkling rice paddies and the scenery around Mae Sai, the heart of the “Golden Triangle”, the union of mountains and rivers where Thailand, Laos and Burma meet. Riding south along the Laos border, before heading back east, the route continue to offer visual stimulus all the way back to Chiang Mai.
